Introduction of cultural relics

Jade Huang is the most exquisite one unearthed in the tomb of the king of Chu in Shizishan. The upper and lower sides of the body and both ends of the margin form a alveolar form, but the middle part of themargin is different from the general Jade Huang. The two sides have the same patterns. Centered with the hole, the middle one is carved with a beast, and a dragon on both sides. On the side of the dragon head is the phoenix beak with phoenix feathers. Outside the body, four dragons are carved with each other. The whole jade huang is made of bas-relief, with a total of 20 dragons, 4 phoenix birds and 2 animal faces carved on both sides. Even though the surrounding of the holes are also embossed out of a circle, leaving no blank, but the composition is full, dense and not stuffed, giving people a sense of happiness and prosperity with dragon and phoenix on it, whose composition is wonderful, exquisite and amazing. Since the appearance of Jade huang in neolithic age, the shape change is small. Carved out of the outline and the dragon head at both ends, huang body generally decorated with Pu grain, Gu grain and roll moire grain. Carving techniques is often used in local carving or relief, and line carving.
