Introduction of cultural relics

The rim of a painted pottery tripod should have a cover. The middle part of the tripod abdomen has a ring of raised carving lines. The tripod of abdomen bottom is relatively flat, and the feet are hoof feet. It is painted with black paint and decorated with red cloud pattern. In the early period of the Western Han Dynasty, painted pottery was more common than lacquer painted. The tripod should be a kind of ware in Ming dynasty. The shape of the tripod obviously imitates the popular bronze tripod at that time. The surface decoration of the tripod also uses the decorative technique of lacquer wood ware for reference. It is a perfect combination of pottery and lacquer painting technology.
